Organic Savagnin grapes were de-stemmed and fermented with indigenous yeast. Some original must was kept aside to be added to the wine and kickstart a second fermentation just before the wine was bottled. This created the fizz inside the bottle. No filtration, fining, or added sulphur.

Sparkling white wine with refreshing acidity and flavours of pear and white peach.
