Bière de Saison is fermented with their own house-mixed culture of yeast, wild yeast and bacteria, and develops into a dry, effervescent and tart beer after a bit of time.
Our current Sour Cherry Saison uses British cherries, and is macerated in tank for 4 months with fresh saison.
