#Tryanuary

#Tryanuary

Once again we find ourselves in another lock down situation in what is often the bleakest of months for this and many other industries even in the best of times.

It's not all bad though! As long as we are here there will be beer.  January is, understandably, a 'dry' month for many people who are looking to try and practice a somewhat more healthy lifestyle after Decembers frivolities.  For others however, a new trend, #Tryanuary, is becoming an annual fixture on the calendar.  #Tryanuary is a nationwide campaign that supports and promotes the beer industry throughout January, especially small and independent beer businesses.

Find out more at https://www.tryanuary.com/

In the spirit of this we have decided to bring several new beers to Olaf's every week throughout the month.  We will have some big collaborations from the usual suspects and a few arriving from America and Norway.  I will also be visiting several breweries in the next few days to pick up some really amazing cask beers. We will as ever update you all through social media when they arrive.

Throughout January you can also get all of our cask beers for £7 for a 2 pint take out.  This is the perfect opportunity to wrap your lips around our national alcoholic beverage in its purest form.

Remember to tag @tryanuary on your social media when showing off your Olaf's haul to your friends. For those that still want to support us whilst observing 'Dry January', we do have gift vouchers available on the web shop.

We have also changed our hours to make it even easier for you to get hold of those isolation libations.  We are now open from 1pm every day until 5pm on weekends and 7pm on weekdays.  If you place an order for delivery before we close we will deliver it to you that evening as soon as possible after closing.

We'll keep you updated on here and on social media of any changes we make, in line with any announcements from the government regarding the Tier system.
Stay Safe and Thank You for your continued support!
Cheers
Rob
