Annie is a mixed fermentation saison, infused with foraged plums and spices, and was brewed to celebrate Yonder’s first Birthday in August 2019. Planning ahead, they also tucked some away in Cognac barrels to release in celebration of their second birthday. Here it is.
What to expect? Tart stone fruits, subtle spice, booze-soaked oak tannins and flavours of wild fermentation. It's a wild plum pudding in a bottle!
