Style: Mixed Fermentation Golden Sour
"This blended golden sour ale was fermented with our most tropical Brettanomyces yeast which produces passionfruit and mango esters and a subtle but growing funk. We refermented and conditioned this base beer on Vietnamese pink dragonfruit and Brazilian limes.
The Dragonfruit provides an almost unbelievable natural neon pink colour to this beer, and flavour-wise a slightly subdued melon/kiwi fruit character. We added the zest and juice of fresh limes to give additional freshness and aroma to this tropical fruit sour."
