Roadmap Update: July 19th
Road Map Update: July 19th
Hopefully the last “road map update” we will ever have to give!
If you’ve somehow missed it, the government has announced that from Monday 19th July almost all of the remaining coronavirus restrictions will be dropped. That means no more social distancing, no more masks and no more test and trace app!
We do just ask that you keep in mind that, for the next 2 weeks, the restrictions are still very much in place - you will still need to wear a mask when not sitting down, remain seated at your table unless going to the bathroom, and check into the venue on arrival, and it will still be all table service until the 19th. It is also important to remember that, even after 19th, some people may still choose to wear a mask and maintain distance between themselves and people they don’t know, and so we ask that you continue to be mindful and respectful of all other customers at Olaf’s.
All of our customers have been wonderful at following the guidance and we have to once again thank you for all of your support over the last 6 months. We’re really looking forward to being able to offer a more “normal” pub experience again, and can’t wait to see what this little pub can do!
If we don't have any free tables, you can still grab some beer/wine/cider to takeaway (takeaway is something that will always be available).
As for the rest of this week, it's still "al fresco" drinks so do get in touch to book your table. We're on our little holiday right now, but back open from Friday 14th May from midday, so pop us a message on Facebook to reserve your table.
We are currently in the process of refurbing the toilets, so there may be building work going on, but that won't affect our offering (we might just be short a toilet!).
Thanks again for all your support, and we can't wait to welcome you back inside!
Rob, Maz, Alfie & Monty.
